Evidence for Cryolipolysis’ Effective Results

CoolSculpting can be used on most any isolated area of fat, pinchable or not. The most commonly treated locations include the abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs, upper arms, and under the chin.

While the benefits of Cryolipolysis are significant, they are not immediate. The damaged fat cells will take from three to four months to be completely eliminated by the body. Most patients start to see results in just a few weeks, but their final benefits will take longer to appear.

Cryolipolysis is a safe technique, and as it does not involve any incisions, has little chance for serious complications. The cool temperatures affect only fat cells, remaining completely safe for surrounding tissues.
